Individual DrDental Insurance Plans in Washington.

My sister has a son that is going on five.  I know for a fact that she has has not taken him to see a dentist.  She says she does not have the money for it and does not see the point in taking to the dentist when he is only four.

I think she going to wait until he has to have a dental appointment because his teeth hurt.  This is upsetting to me but I really feel I can not say much.  So I thought I would try and help out by finding a low cost dental plan that I could get for just him.  Do you have any dental plan in Washington that can help me?
